Lovingstuff Limited will offer a full refund minus our postage costs within 14 days – No Nonsense, No Quibbles!
You may exchange products for any reason for up to 30 days after purchase date if they are UN-USED & UN-OPENED. If you have ordered an item by mistake or decided that you don’t want the item, you may return it to us at your expense for an alternative product or refund within 14days.
If your item is faulty please return to our Customer Services Department as listed. Please provide a full description of the fault and return the item to us within 14 days of purchase in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories for a refund or replacement. Lovingstuff Limited offers a 30day replacement policy on all faulty goods.
You have the right to cancel your Lovingstuff Limited order within 7 days for a refund. However, if your goods have already been despatched you will be charged the costs of shipping and a refund will not be made until the parcel is returned to us. Please be aware we work with a same working day despatch system to ensure speedy arrival of your goods.
Lingerie & Clothing
If you are exchanging lingerie or clothing for any reason, whether it doesn’t fit or isn’t exactly what you’re looking for it’s not a problem. We will be happy to refund or replace the item but you must follow some rules.
You will need to make sure all original labels are still attached. We cannot accept items back if these have been removed unless they are faulty.
To try an item on please leave your underwear on!
If we feel that faulty items have been worn or soiled, we will not issue a refund but will return the items to you at your expense.
As stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations, we cannot accept any returns of DVDs if the seal has been opened. Please note as described on our site we only sell 18 certificate DVD’s, we will not accept returns because they are not “hard core” enough.
We will request you return any Free Gift received if the return of unwanted goods takes the total of your order under the qualifying amount stated for a free gift. In the event of the Free Gift not being returned with the unwanted goods, Lovingstuff Limited has the right to deduct the cost of the Free Gift from the customer.
If you have requested a refund, the money will be refunded by the method that was used to place your original order. A refund cannot be issued until Lovingstuff Limited has received the returned goods. The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30days of the cancellation at Lovingstuff Limited we aim to make a refund within 14days.
How to return an item
If your item is faulty and has been used, please wash it & wrap it in a plastic sealed bag. Include a note with a full description of the fault, stating whether a refund or replacement is preferred. Please also include your name, address, postcode & order number if you know it (this can be found on your delivery note). Wrap the item securely & return it to us using the returns label on the delivery note.
When returning an item please request a free certificate of postage from your post-office as “proof of postage”. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of a parcel being returned to us. Postage costs of unwanted goods will be down to the customer.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

You will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. Our parcels are delivered by a third party therefore we cannot guarantee a timed delivery. If you are not available to sign when the postman calls you will be left a card with details to arrange re-delivery or collection of your parcel. Our parcels are discreetly packaged. If you do not collect the parcel within 7 days it will be returned to us. Re-shipping the parcel will be charged at our normal shipping rate.
Acceptance of terms & conditions
Use of this website lovingstuff Limited constitutes your acceptance of our “terms & conditions”, which take effect on the date of when you first use the site, our terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
